Preparation:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Beat all ingredients except nuts in large bowl on medium speed 1 minute, scraping bowl constantly. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool completely before slicing. Makes 1 loaf. |
