Preparation:
Add ingredients in order listed except for raisins. Set machine for dough cycle. When machine beeps add raisins. After dough is needed remove from machine.
Mix together filling ingredients. Divide bread dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a circle and put 1/8th of the filling mixture into the circle. Fold dough around filling making a ball. Repeat until you have 8 balls.
Grease a ring pan with shortening. Dip bread dough balls into melted butter and place evenly in the bread pan. Let rise until double.
Bake at 350 for approximately 25- 35 minutes. Oven temps may vary.
Remove from pan and cool on rack. |
