Preparation:
Combine 2-1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a mixing bowl combine milk and butter in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir to a boil, remove from heat, and cool to 105-110 degrees add to flour mixture and beat until smooth and well blended add 1 cup flour, and beat until smooth add eggs, cheese, and remaining flour-stir to mix well turnout onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic place into a greased bowl, turning to coat on all sides cover and let rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes, until doubled punch down and divide into 2 equal portions place into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pans cover and let rise for 60-90 minutes, until doubled bake @ 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes remove from oven and immediately remove from pans serve hot or allow to cool on a cake rack |
