Preparation:
1. Dissolve yeast, salt and sugar in water, stir in flour, blending well.
2. Cover and let rise in warm area 1 1/3 hours or until bubbly and double in size.
3. Heat oil in a shallow fry pan (six inches in diamater and one inch deep) to 375.
4. Drop by level tablespoons four at a time, fry each side two minutes of until Golden Brown.
5. Drain well on paper towels, and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
