ripe bananas -- in small pieces |

mango juice |

finely chopped scotch bonnet pepper -- seeded or not |

fine granulated sugar or to taste |

few leaves of fresh mint for garnish |

Preparation:
Combine, heat slightly to dissolve sugar, puree with hand blender. Cool down to room temperature. Put in an ice cream maker and follow instructions. Garnish with some fresh mint. |
