seasoned dry bread crumbs |

Preparation:
Pound chicken breasts to flatten slightly.
Dip the chicken breasts into egg beaters; coat with bread crumbs.
Cook chicken in oil in non stick skillet over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through. Garnish with lemon and parsley if desired. |
