Preparation:
Place broccoli and water in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at high (100%) until tender crisp, 10 to 12 minutes, stirring
once during cooking time. Drain.
Place soup, pimentos and water chestnuts in a small bowl. Mix well, pour
over broccoli.
Mix butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at medium high (70%) until hot and bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes.
