Preparation:
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in large skillet melt butter; stir in chicken bouillon, onions and mushrooms.
Saut‚ until onions are crisply tender.
Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir into vegetable mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in pimento.
Serve over hot broccoli. |
