Preparation:
In medium bowl combine avocado, seasoned rice vinegar, green onion, wasabe, garlic salt and sesame oil. Divide mixture into 6 portions.
To prepare one lavosh; spread portion of avocado on lavosh to within one-inch of long side.
Top with 1/6th of each of the following ingredients; shredded carrot, pickled ginger, cucumbers and turkey.
Note: arrange ingredients over 2/3 of the bread and refrigerate several hours.
Repeat process preparing all 6 lavosh.
To serve, cut each roll in half. |
