Ingredients:

3 cups seedless red grapes --
1/3 cup firmly chopped onion
2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
1 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
 

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
