Preparation:
In medium frying pan over medium-high heat with melted butter, add carrots and brown sugar. Cook, stirring. Add the orange juice and honey. Turn to high heat. Let boil. Reduce the heat to low, add scallions and cook for an additional 2 minutes until carrots are crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Serve immediately.
