Mint Chutney

Ingredients:

1 pound Ripe tomatoes
2 Cup Sugar
12 small Onions
1 1/3 Cup Seeded raisins
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 pound Tart apples
3 large Sweet peppers
1/2 Cup Chopped mint leaves
3 Cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
 

Preparation:

Scald and peel tomatoes. Chop vegetables and fruit. Add mint. Scald and cool vinegar. Add mustard, salt, and sugar. Combine with chopped ingredients. Mix until well blended. Let stand 10 days, stirring occasionally.
