Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients:

1 bunch broccoli -- broken into florettes
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup sake
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons honey
 

Preparation:

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water until tender crisp. Drain thoroughly. Let stand and cool to room temperature. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the broccoli and toss thoroughly just before serving.
