Ingredients:

---Prepare white sauce as follows: |

margarine or butter |

Pepper to taste |

milk |

shredded Old English Cheese |

Preparation:
Fold white sauce into egg mixture and pour into baking dish.
Saute 2 1/2 cups of soft bread crumbs and spread over egg/white sauce
mixture. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over bread crumbs.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. |
