Preparation:
Combine 1st 4 ingredients and mix then add milk and vanilla mixing well then cook, stirring to prevent sticking, until almost pudding thick and take off burner. Beat egg yolks and add to thickened mixture, then add juices and apple mixing well after each addition. Add dash salt to egg whites and beat until stiff then add 2 to 3 Tbsp sugar, stir then add to above mixture.
Dilute with milk prior to serving and ENJOY!
