Strawberry Pretzel Salad |

Ingredients:
| 2 2/3 |

pretzel, crushed |
| 1 1/2 |
sticks |
margarine |
| 8 |
ounces |
cream cheese |
| 1 |
cup |
sugar |
| 1 |

Cool Whip |
| 1 |
cup |
water |
| 2 |
packages |
Strawberry jello |
| 2 |
packages |
strawberries, sliced |
| 1 |
can |
crushed pineapple, drained |

Preparation:
Melt margarine and mix with pretzels
Press into a 9X13 pan and bake for
10 minutes @ 350~~
Cream together cream cheese and sugar,
fold in cool whip
Spread on cooled pretzel crust
Bring pineapple juice and water to a boil
add jello - dissolve
Add frozen strawberries slices and
drained crushed pineapple
Pour over cream cheese mixture and chill
I have made several pretzel salads and each one tasted a little different -
BUT! - this one is the
VERY BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED!!
It came from PB in Security
from one of our 3rd Shift
pot luck dinners many years ago.
