Preparation:
Noah’s Ark Clam Chowder
Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Cover and bake at 200~~ for 4 hours or simmer on stove top for 4 hours. Stir every hour. If it gets too thick, add extra clam juice. Freezes well.
Note: could be prepared in the crock pot and could easily be cut in half if needed.
