An Anthony's Classic recipe that you can make easily at home. It's the perfect light and cool summer fare. (If you don't want to lift a finger, a quick trip to your closest Anthony's brings this to your table the easy way.) |

Ingredients:

Celery, chopped |

Creamy French Dressing (We use Anthonys House Dressing) |

Tartar Sauce with Pickles |

ounces |
Shrimp meat |
8 |
ounces |
Crab meat |

---Plate Garnish: |

Red leaf lettuce leaves, large |

Cherry tomatoes |

Parsely |

Paprika |

Preparation:
Gently mix all ingredients. Divide evenly into four mounds. Form each mound into oval avocado shape, and place on lettuce leaf-lined plate. Top each mound with one of the reserved avocado slices. Sprinkle on paprika for color. Garnish side of mound with two cherry tomatoes and parsley sprig.
Serve with warm Italian bread.
