A tasty vegetarian hot reuben dip. |

Ingredients:

can drained sauerkraut |

American cheese diced |

Swiss cheese diced |

Tablespoons |
mayo |

meatless corned beef (Worthington is one brand) |

loaf |
party rye (rye crackers, or rye bagel slices |

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (except party rye). Place in greased casserole dish.
Conventional oven: 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Microwave oven: High 4 minutres, stir, 4 more minutes (or until cheese is melted) and stir again. |
