Preparation:
Preparation :
• Blanch glass noodles for a few seconds and set aside.
• Boil prawns then pork till cooked, strain and mix with the glass noodles.
• Then add spring onions, chilies, tomatoes and onion then season with lime, fish sauce and serve.
CHEF’S TIP:
• This classic salad must be served immediately after mixing. The best result is obtained when served still warm.
