Preparation:
Brown ground beef and drain. Return to pan and add garlic, onions, salt and pepper and cook til onions are tender and remove from heat. Set oven to temperature on bag of Tater Tots. In 9 X 13 pan, layer half of meat mixture, 1 can of green beans, 1 can of black eyed peas and can of cream of mushroom soup. Repeat. Cook until tater tots are done. |
