hoisin sauce |

plum chutney -- OR plum sauce |

soy sauce |

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat
well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with
rice. |
