Chicken Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1/4 head shredded lettuce
1 large tomato -- seeded and diced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup sliced black olives
5 strips bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup chicken cooked and cubed in small pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar (or any) cheese
2 medium pita rounds cut in half
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons season salt
2 teaspoons paprika
 

Preparation:

Place first 7 ingredients in large salad bowl and toss well. In seperate bowl, mix mayonaise with lemon juice, salt and paprika. Pour mayo mixture over chicken mixture in large bowl and toss until well coated. Warm pita bread in microwave (about 15 seconds). Stuff pita halves with the chicken filling. * serve with your favorite hot sauce!
