Preparation:
Put 1 tbsp peanut butter on each slice of bread, put down a layer of the sliced banana and sprinkle with generous amount of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Put two pieces of bread together and then slice sandwich into halves. If you like, you can heat this in the microwave and it tastes absolutely fabulous, just don't leave it in too long and be prepared for an ooey, gooey, yet tasty warm sandwich |
