Preparation:
1. Bring water to a boil - add pasta, cook until al dente
2. Saute onions until golden (with a little olive oil and butter)
3. Remove oinons, saute mushrooms, add garlic for 1 min - remove from pan
4. Add chicken stock and herbs. Cook on med-low 10 minutes.
5. Add onions and mushrooms and drained pasta. Cook for 1 minute. 6. Serve
Optional - thinly sliced thickcut pork chops. Sauteed and added to top of pasta. Don't cook in brot |
