Preparation:
1. Place cream cheese, 4 sprigs cilantro and garlic powder in food processor or blender. Cover and process until smooth.
2. Shape cheese mixture into 5-inch log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
3. Mix tomato, 1 tablespoon cilantro and the oil. To serve, spoon salsa onto serving plate, reserving 1 tablespoon. Place cheese log on serving plate. Top with reserved salsa. Serve with baguette slices. Wrap and refrigerate any remaining cheese log. |
