Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a 2-quart
casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add celery
and onions. Cook until tender but not brown. Remove
from heat.
Stir in poultry seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
Place bread crumbs in mixing bowl. Add onion
mixture. Drizzle broth to moisten, tossing lightly.
Spread into prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
I made this yesterday we love it didnt make stuffing
for a while because I saute my celery and onions in a
lot of butter and then added sausage so this is a very
nice recipe for cutting fat. |
