Zesty Oil-Free Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 cup undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation:

In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate thoroughly. Serve over favorite salad ingredients.
