Cippino (Seafood Over Pasta)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions
32 ounces marinara sauce, if you like 1 cup od dry white wine
1 1/2 pound cod, sliced and cut into pieces
8 ounces frozen lobster tails, shelled and cut up
1 pound small mussels
1 pound small clams
1 pound medium shrimp
 

Preparation:

Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet, add garlic and onions sautee until cooked but not brown. Add sauce, wine, fish amd lobster, simmer 6 minutes. Add mussels and clams. Cover, cook till fish is done and shellfish open (discard any unopened ones) Add shrimp and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve over linguini (add grated cheese over top of each serving) immediately with crusty Italian bread.
