Preparation:
Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet, add garlic and onions sautee until cooked but not brown.
Add sauce, wine, fish amd lobster, simmer 6 minutes. Add mussels and clams.
Cover, cook till fish is done and shellfish open (discard any unopened ones)
Add shrimp and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve over linguini (add grated cheese over top of each serving) immediately with crusty Italian bread. |
