Preparation:
1. In a large stockpot, bring the water to a boil and add the oats, salt and pepper. Cover pot and simmer for 2 hours.
2. Add the meat, onions and spices, cover and cook for another hour, stirring occasionally.
3. Pour the mixture into load pans and cool in the refrigerator until firm.
4. Slice the goetta and fry until browned. |
