Preparation:
1. Prepare 4 omelets using 2 eggs for each. Cook sausage and bacon.
2. Cut croissants in half like hamburger buns and toast lightly buttered croissants on the insides.
3. Top one half of each croissant with an omelet, 2 slices of cheese, 4 slices of bacon (halves), 2 slices of ham and 4 sausage halves.
4. Top each sandwich half with other half of croissant and serve immediately. If omelets and meats aren't warm enough to melt cheese, put filled croissants in the microwave about 30 seconds on high to melt the chees |
