Salmon Pate

Ingredients:

1 small onion
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 cups cooked salmon
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- or
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup pecans
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

In a food processor with the maching running, drop the halved onion and parsley throught he feed tube. Add the salmon and process for 15 seconds. Scrape the bowl, add remaining ingredients and process 30 seconds. Push down with a scraper and process for 30 seconds more. Chill for several hours.
