Preparation:
1. In a shallow dish combine all ingredients except salmon steaks.
2. Add fish to marinade, cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Reserve marinade; remove fish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Place on greased grill directly over medium heat. Add soaked wood chips.
5. Cover and cook, turning and basting with marinade half way through, for 16-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
