Preparation:
In a small bowl combine thyme, onion, garlic, black pepper, paprika, red pepper and orange peel. Mix to blend well. Spoon into a tightly covered jar. Crush mixture between your palms just before using to release flavors.
Use in making sauces, soups, stews, to season and coat chicken, fish or vegetables, or stir into your favorite appetizer dip mixture for vegetables. Recipes can be doubled or tripled. |
