Preparation:
1. Combine peppers, vinegar and sugar.
2. Bring to a hard boil; boil 1 minute, then add liquid fruit pectin and few drops green food coloring.
3. Return to a boil; boil 1 minute.
4. Pour into hot sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
NOTE: A few drops hot pepper sauce can be added to jelly during cooking for a even zippier version. |
