Preparation:
1. Combine in blender; egg yolks, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and apple juice until sugar is dissolved 2. Scald milk in sauce pan 3. Add 1 cup scalded milk slowly to the blender mixture 4. Pour mixture into remaining scalded milk. 5. Stiffly beat egg whites and fold in 6. Pour hot eggnog into server or carafe and serve topped with mounds of whipped cream. |
