Preparation:
NOTE: This is the house salad served at Orleans Cajun-Creole restaurant in West Los Angeles, California.
*** SALAD ***
1. Put all ingredients except tomatoes, radishes and dressing in salad bowl.
2. Spoon 4 tablespoons dressing over salad; toss (add more dressing to taste).
3. Garnish with tomatoes and radishes.
*** DRESSING ***
Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well. |
