Preparation:
Season tuna and shrimp with salt and pepper; set aside
Blend egg whites and dijon mustard in small bowl. Dip tuna in mustard mixture to coat; roll in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in large skillet ar saute pan over medium heat. Add tuna; cook on both sides to desired doneness. Remove from pan; keep warm.
Add shrimp to skillet; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until firm. Add watercress, soy sauce, ginger and honey mustard; cook for 1 to 2 minutes more, or until heated through.
Place watercress mixture on plate; slice tuna and fan out around watrcress. Serve tieh additional honey mustard if desired. |
