Preparation:
1. Place tomatoes in medium bowl; cover with boiling water and set aside 10 minutes. 2. Drain tomatoes and return to bowl. Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and lettuce; mix well. 3. For each sandwich, spread 1/2 cup tuna mixture onto 1 side of 1 tortilla; cover with lettuce. Roll up, jellyroll-fashion. Repeat with remaining tortillas, tuna and lettuce. 4. Serve immediately or individually wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 12 hours. |
