Preparation:
Drain tuna. Saute celery and onion in water until tender. Add tomato,
tomato
paste, water, garlic powder, oregano, basil and fennel (if using). Cover and
simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook noodles. Lightly grease a 2 qt.
casserole. Leyer in half the noodles. Top with half the tuna mixture and 1
Tbsp. cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 350
