Preparation:
Preheat broiler. Combine oil, rosemary and garlic in small bowl. Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. Rub rosemary mixture over both sides of each chop. Broil chops 6 inches from broiler until cooked to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium rare.
