Ingredients:

4 cups Pears
1 cup whole kernel corn
2/3 cup red onion
1/4 cup cilantro
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 medium avocado
1 clove garlic
15 ounces black beans
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
