Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef -- * see note
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can bean sprouts -- drained
1 can chow mein noodles -- ** see note
 

Preparation:

* (I now use ground turkey) browned with 1 chopped up onion ** (save a few for the top) Stir all this together and bake in a casserole or cake pan at 350 for about an hour, or until bubbly. Add a salad and some muffins and you have an easy, fairy cheap meal
