Preparation:
Preheat grill or broiler.
Cut bread into 1-inch thick slices and grill until dark golden brown. Smear each slice with 1 to 2 teaspoons duck fat. Sprinkle each slice with sea salt, then rosemary. Serve warm with apples for slicing.
