Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Coat small skillet with ciooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add peppers, mushrooms and garlic; cook until soft. Make slit in pita, fill with pepper mixture, ham, jarlsberg and parsely.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese; season with black pepper to taste. Wrap in foil: Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
