Preparation:
Assemble and attach fruit/vegetable strainer. Turn to speed 4 and strain tomatoes into a large glass bowl.
Assemble and attach food grinder using coarse grinding plate. Turn to speed 4 and grind celery, peppes, and onion into glass bowl. add salt, sugar, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, and vinegar; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 8 hours before serving. |
