Preparation:
Mix:
Mix all ingedients and place in a 13"
x 9" pan( pan to be greased and floured)
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
For topping:
Boil sugar, milk and butter or marg
for 1 min.stirring constantly. add chocolate chips. Stir until
melted. pour over cake while still
