Preparation:
* Note: The recipes for "Basic Boiled Ox Tongue" and "Sauce Piquante" are included in this database.
In large heavy saucepan, heat sauce piquante. Add slices of tongue and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
