Preparation:
* To toast pine nuts, place nuts on baking sheet. Bake at 350 Degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden or microwavable dish on HIGH(100%) 1 minute.
Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, mustard and garlic in food processor. Cover and process until smooth and well blended. Spoon pesto spread into serving bowl or crock. Spread on crackers or serve with vegetable crudites
Serving Variations: Pesto spread may also be piped into cherry tomatoes using pastry bag fitted with decorative tip. Or, use as filling in rolled flour tortillas
