Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking pan. In large
bowl, combine both types of
flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another bowl,
combine kahlua, milk, oil
(or applesauce), egg whites, vanilla and sugar. Beat with a fork or wire
whisk until blended. Add to
dry mixture along with zucchini. Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan or on wire rack.
Cut into squares and serve. Refrigerate leftovers. |
